Our Price Guide 2024

We are happy to discuss with you whether you need legal advice or representation and what steps the firm could take on your behalf. If there are more appropriate services for you, we can signpost you to these.

Our fees are extremely competitive. Most matters are charged on a fixed fee basis so that you are clear from the outset what you will need to pay in total for your matter. We are however happy to discuss your individual circumstances with you and how fees can be tailored to suit your specific situation.

In the first instance you can telephone us on 020 7377 6600 and you will be put through to one of our team members who will take brief instructions from you and advise you of the options available to you for taking your matter forward. Alternatively, you can email your enquiry to London@elderrahimi.co.uk

Advice sessions are also available to enable you to obtain initial advice and then take a decision as to how you wish to proceed and whether you wish to proceed with us. One-off advice appointments normally take around 1 hour. Full instructions will be taken from you and we will then advise you as to the range of options available to you. This advice will then be confirmed fully in writing so that you have a reference document upon which you can base your decision making.

The table below provides an outline of the typical fees we charge for our services.

Important Notes

  1. All the above fees are estimates and do NOT include VAT or any disbursement. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.

  2. We may handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process. Disbursements (such as Home Office or visa application fees, expert fees, or translation/interpreters fees) are costs related to your case that are payable to third parties.

  3. We charge an additional fee of £375 per dependent for entry clearance applications, family reunion applications, bail applications, ILR applications, and work visa applications.

  4. ILR applications include SET(O), SET(M), and SET(P) applications.

  5. FLR applications include FLR(O) and FLR(S) applications.

  6. We charge an additional fee of £375 for in-country appeals which are listed out of London.

  7. We cannot guarantee how long an application may take to be processed by the Home Office, the British Embassy or courts.

  8. Where applicable, the above fees include: considering documents, attending on the client, taking their instructions and providing advice, preparing and submitting the application, advising the client on timelines and the outcome of their application.
