Annette has more than 25 years' experience in the field of human rights, immigration, nationality and asylum law. She meets the LAA Advanced Caseworker and Supervisor standards. She holds an LLM degree and has been the solicitor with conduct of numerous asylum and immigration applications, appeals (up to and including appeals to the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court), judicial review applications and damages claims.
